Pricing questions
What happens at the end of the free trial?
On day 0, you're prompted to pick a plan and enter payment details. With no action, your account becomes read-only for 30 days, then your data is deleted (GDPR).
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, anytime from your billing area. The change is immediate and Stripe prorates the difference.
How do I cancel?
One click in your billing area. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No questions asked.
Do you accept TWINT or bank transfer?
Yes for TWINT (instant payment from your Swiss banking app) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. SEPA bank transfer is under consideration, let us know if it's a blocker for you.
Any discount for agencies with multiple clients?
The Business plan already includes 5 brands for 149 CHF/month (~30 CHF per brand). For larger volumes, write to hello@plumeo.ch.
