The product

What sets plumeo.ch apart from other AI tools like Buffer or Hootsuite?

Buffer and Hootsuite are scheduling tools: you write, they publish. plumeo.ch adds AI generation *tailored to your brand voice*: the AI learns from your approved posts and gradually becomes your dedicated copywriter. It's also a Swiss tool, hosted in Switzerland, FADP-compliant.

How does the AI learn my brand voice?

You provide an initial corpus of 5 to 30 representative posts. The AI extracts a *structured voice profile* (vocabulary, phrasings, anti-patterns). Then every post you mark as published automatically enriches that profile with high priority. The voice sharpens with your real publications.

Can I edit generated posts before publishing?

Yes, fully. Every variation is editable directly in the app. You can also regenerate a variation in a loop until you get the tone you want.

Which AI models do you use?

Depends on your plan: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Mistral, and the open-source models hosted by Infomaniak (Mistral 3, Mistral Small 24B, OpenAI gpt-oss-120b, data stays in Switzerland).

Social networks

Which networks are supported?

LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook with direct publishing via the official APIs, plus automatic scheduling on all three networks (you pick the date and time, the post goes out on its own).

What do I need to connect Instagram to plumeo.ch?

Three prerequisites, imposed by the Meta API (and shared by every tool on the market like Buffer, Hootsuite or Later): (1) a personal Facebook account for authentication (the Meta API has no working 100 % Instagram login); (2) an Instagram Business or Creator account, with free instant conversion in Instagram → Settings → Account → Switch to professional account; (3) a Facebook Page linked to your Insta account. If you don't have one, Meta's wizard offers to create a "ghost" Page in 30 seconds during the connection (you won't need to use it, it's just the technical bridge required by Meta).

How do I connect my accounts?

Via official OAuth: one click on "Connect LinkedIn", you approve the authorisation at LinkedIn, plumeo.ch receives a signed token. You never give us your password.

Can I manage several accounts on the same network?

Yes via the multi-brand plans (Business). Each brand has its own independent LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook connection.

Is my data shared with social networks?

Only the posts you publish are sent to the networks, via their official APIs. Source content, your drafts, your brand voices stay with us, in Switzerland.

Pricing & billing

How does the free trial work?

14 days of full access, no credit card. At the end you pick a plan or let your account expire. Your data is kept for 30 days then deleted (GDPR).

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes anytime from your billing area. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

How do I cancel?

One click from your billing area. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

Do you accept TWINT or bank transfer?

Yes for TWINT (instant payment from your Swiss banking app) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. SEPA bank transfer is under consideration, let us know if it's a blocker.

Any discount for agencies?

The Business plan handles 5 brands for 149 CHF/month (~30 CHF per brand). For larger volumes, contact hello@plumeo.ch.

Data & security

Where is my data hosted?

In Switzerland, on Infomaniak infrastructure (Geneva data centres). No data leaves Swiss territory, except the content you explicitly choose to publish on the social networks.

Is my content used to train AI?

No. Your content is only used for your own personal voice profile: it never leaves your workspace, is not shared between customers, and is never sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral) for training.

Can I export my data?

Yes, anytime. A "Download ZIP export" button in My account generates a file containing all your posts, variations, brand voice, connected accounts and subscription history (CSV + JSON, readable in any spreadsheet). In line with art. 20 GDPR and Swiss FADP.

Are you GDPR / FADP compliant?

Yes. See our privacy policy for details. Swiss hosting, lawful processing, right to be forgotten respected, no tracking cookies.

Support

What's the support response time?

Starter plan: within 48 business hours. Pro plan: within 24 hours. Business plan: within 4 business hours + direct line.

Is there guided onboarding?

Starter and Pro plans: self-service onboarding with built-in wizard. Business plan: 1-hour kickoff session offered with a team member.

Can I get a demo before signing up?
